Spray Bottle – Gel Trigger 750mL

DFA — Mon, 19 Oct 2026 04:16:17 +0000

A 750 mL trigger spray bottle for installation gel. It covers small panels and detail areas where a 2 L pump sprayer is more than the job needs.

Gel is the slip solution in the Defcon installation workflow, and the Defcon film warranty applies when film is installed with DFA-approved media. Fill this bottle from DFA Installation Gel and keep it for gel only.

The gel version of the pump sprayer is the 2 L pump sprayer. For tack reducer or slip solution, use the 750 mL tack and slip trigger bottle.

Spray Bottle – Tack/Slip Trigger 750mL

DFA — Mon, 19 Oct 2026 04:13:57 +0000

A 750 mL trigger spray bottle for tack reducer or slip solution. It is the hand-held option for edges, small panels and quick corrections where a pump sprayer is more than the job needs.

Label the bottle for whichever solution it holds. Tack reducer such as Defcon Sophie and diluted Defcon PPF Installation Slip do different jobs, so keep one bottle per solution.

For installation gel there is a separate 750 mL gel trigger bottle. Every sprayer in the range is listed on the PPF tools and accessories page.

Pump Foam Sprayer – Slip 2L

DFA — Mon, 19 Oct 2026 04:10:44 +0000

A 2 L hand pump foam sprayer for installation slip solution. It lays slip down as foam, and like the gel sprayer it needs no power source.

Slip has to come from clean water: scale from hard water ends up between film and paint, and marks trapped there are treated as installation faults. Read the slip solution and water quality article before the first mix.

Fill it with diluted Defcon PPF Installation Slip. For gel, use the matching 2 L pump sprayer, and for small top-ups the 750 mL tack and slip trigger bottle.

Pump Sprayer – Gel 2L

DFA — Mon, 19 Oct 2026 04:08:32 +0000

A 2 L hand pump sprayer set up for applying installation gel. It needs no power, which suits mobile work and smaller jobs away from the workshop keg.

Installation gel is the slip solution in the Defcon installation workflow: the easy-tack adhesive slides on it during positioning and grips once the film is placed. Keep this sprayer for gel only and use a separate one for slip, so the two mixes never cross.

Fill it from DFA Installation Gel in the 16 L drum. The slip version is the 2 L pump foam sprayer, and busier workshops can move up to the 9.5 L pressurised keg.

DFA Pressurised Keg 9.5L

DFA — Mon, 19 Oct 2026 04:05:24 +0000

The DFA Pressurised Keg holds 9.5 L of installation solution for a workshop setup. It suits shops installing often enough that refilling hand sprayers through a job slows them down.

Mix with clean water and empty the keg between jobs. Hard water dries inside a sprayer keg and leaves scale that later comes back out through the gun and onto paint. The slip solution and water quality article covers what to check.

The keg runs DFA Installation Gel or Defcon PPF Installation Slip. For mobile or smaller jobs, the 2 L gel pump sprayer does the same work by hand.
