Understated Satin Brilliance
We’ve formulated Defcon Frozen’s top coat to deliver a smooth texture that closely matches the finish of an OEM satin paint job.
UV Resistance
Satin finishes are more sensitive to UV exposure, which can cause uneven fading or surface discoloration over time. That’s why we engineered our satin PPF with aliphatic TPU and a UV-resistant top coat to maintain consistent tone and texture under Australia’s harsh sunlight.
Film Thickness
With a total thickness of 190±10% microns (≈ 7.5 mils), we have achieved the ideal balance between satin brilliance, stretchability, and protective thickness; a result made possible by our choice of aliphatic TPU.
