4WD PAINT PROTECTION FILM

FleetArmour and the gloss lines for four wheel drives and fleets.

Films That Match How
4WDs Actually Get Used

Off-road panels take hits that showroom cars never see, which is why the Defcon range splits the job: FleetArmour as the cost-efficient sacrificial layer for wear-and-tear zones, and the gloss lines, warranted up to 12 years, where the truck is also the trophy.

Both are ordered in the same place, so a shop quoting a mine-spec fleet and a weekend tourer buys from one supplier.

FleetArmour On
The Hard Zones

Tray sides, sills, bonnet leading edges and high-abrasion zones are FleetArmour territory: a sacrificial layer made for wear and tear, straightforward to install on large flat sections, backed by a 3-year limited warranty.

Fleet operators and mining-region shops order it for protection volume rather than finish.

Gloss Lines For
The Tourers

For 4WDs that live on gloss, Glanz carries the 190±10% micron TPU construction with close to 10 kg single-point puncture resistance and ARPANSA-tested UV protection. Defcon ONE, the flagship gloss line, is coming soon.

The 13-micron self-healing top coat pulls minor scrub scratches back out under the Australian sun, which 4WD panels get plenty of.

Trade Pricing &
Sample Rolls

4WD and fleet work runs on volume, and FleetArmour is priced for it.

Off-road panels are the real test: request a free sample roll of FleetArmour and lay a rock slider or tray side before you commit, so you know how it handles the abrasion zones your customers actually damage.

Warranty
By Film Line

The warranty follows the job: FleetArmour carries 3 years and is priced as a sacrificial layer to be replaced, the gloss lines carry 10 years on Glanz and 12 on Defcon ONE at launch, for the weekend tourer that wants finish protected too. Terms are on the warranty page.

Fleet vehicles register individually in e-Warranty within 7 days of invoice, so a mine-spec contract has a record per vehicle.

Wear on abrasion zones is not a defect and FleetArmour is priced for replacement; what is covered is defined on the warranty page.

Consumables In
The Same Order

Installation consumables ship with the film: DFA Surface Cleaner in 24-can cartons and Installation Gel in 16-litre drums sit in the same catalogue, so one order covers film, prep and slip solution.

Surface preparation is also a warranty condition: cover requires a clean, contaminant-free surface at installation, so running approved prep products protects both the job and the claim.
