PPF FOR PROFESSIONAL INSTALLERS

Film, patterns, training and warranty support in one trade account.

Built For The Shop,
Not The Showroom

Everything in the Defcon catalogue is set up for installers: wholesale pricing sits behind the trade login, patterns cut in-house on the DFA plotter, and every roll is serialised through the e-Warranty system so your completed jobs carry verifiable cover.

Support comes from the same team that sells the film: technical questions go through the contact page and are answered in English or Chinese.

From Sample Roll To
Standing Orders

Start with a free sample roll and run it through your own process, train on the Practice Pack, then move to rolls once the film has earned its place on your wall.

The 13-micron self-healing top coat, 10 kg single-point puncture resistance and ARPANSA-tested UV protection are the spec points your customers ask about, printed here so you can quote them.

One Supplier,
Six Film Lines

Every line, from Defcon ONE to CoolVue, is on one trade portal with one warranty system and one support contact.

An installer's wall can carry all six: Glanz gloss, Frozen satin, Spectra colour, FleetArmour for work vehicles, Crystal Shield for EV roofs and CoolVue tint.

Trade Pricing &
Sample Rolls

The whole point of the trade login is that an installer's buy rate is private. Quote your labour and your margin on top of it without a public price list undercutting you.

Test before you stock: a free sample roll answers the tack, stretch and heat questions on your own bench, and the Practice Pack lets a new hire log panels before they touch a customer car.

Warranty
By Film Line

For an installer the warranty is a sales tool as much as a safeguard: 12 years on Defcon ONE, 10 on Glanz and Frozen, 7 on Spectra, 3 on Crystal Shield and FleetArmour. Quote the figure for the line you are laying and point customers to the warranty page.

Your completed jobs live in e-Warranty: register within 7 days of invoice and the cover follows the vehicle to its next owner.

The claim procedure is public on the warranty page, which is worth reading before you sell the warranty to a customer.

Training &
Installer Support

PPF installation training and support come through the same team that supplies the film: training sessions, cutting software setup and tooling advice are part of the trade relationship, not a separate vendor.

New installers can start with the Starter Pack, practice on the Practice Pack, then move to full rolls once confident. Technical questions are answered through our contact page, in English or Chinese.

OEMC Software
& DFA Plotter

Cut vehicle patterns in-house with OEMC pattern software on the DFA plotter, both listed in the Defcon product range. Film, software and plotter come from one supplier, so a single support contact covers the whole cutting workflow.

Cutting in-house from a pattern library keeps blades off the paint, the step behind most film damage claims. The DFA Plotter and OEMC software both sit in the standard catalogue, so a workshop can move to off-car cutting without a special order.
