BULK PPF ROLLS AUSTRALIA

Volume film supply for high-throughput shops and fleet work.

Volume Supply Without
The Retail Layer

Defcon sells film by the roll direct to the trade, so high-throughput shops buy at wholesale rates through the online shop instead of paying a retail margin on every job.

For volume work the catalogue splits by job type: FleetArmour as the cost-efficient bulk line for coverage work, and the gloss lines where the customer is paying for finish.

FleetArmour For
Coverage Work

FleetArmour is a sacrificial layer made for wear and tear: priced for coverage rather than showroom finish, straightforward on large flat sections, and backed by a 3-year limited warranty.

Fleet operators and mining-region shops order it for tray sides, sills and high-abrasion zones where the job is protection volume.

One Supplier,
Six Film Lines

Bulk orders for FleetArmour and the gloss lines go through the same online shop as single rolls, with the same warranty system behind each roll.

For volume buyers the range narrows to two jobs: FleetArmour where panels get replaced, Glanz and Defcon ONE where finish is being sold. Frozen, Spectra, Crystal Shield and CoolVue sit in the same shop for the odd job.

Film Construction
& Testing

Every gloss roll in the range shares one construction: aliphatic TPU, 190 microns ±10% in total (about 7.5 mils), single-point puncture resistance close to 10 kg, and a 13-micron self-healing top coat that clears minor scratches under heat. Buying by the carton does not change the PPF spec, only how much film you hold in stock.

ARPANSA tested the Glanz clear TPU construction in Melbourne (99.0% of UV blocked, reference UVR_25-0370-1); FleetArmour is a different, sacrificial film and is not part of that test. For fleet work the practical numbers are install speed: easy-tack adhesive that repositions then grips, and stretch that clears sills and tray sides without lifting.

Trade Pricing &
Sample Rolls

Single-roll prices are listed ex. GST in the online shop, and orders over $1000 ex. GST ship free Australia-wide. For volume terms, contact the team with your expected monthly roll count.

Before committing to a volume order, test the line you intend to run in bulk. A free sample roll lets your team cut and lay FleetArmour or Glanz on the actual panels your fleet work involves, tray sides and sills included.

Warranty
By Film Line

For volume work the warranty split matters: FleetArmour, the sacrificial bulk line, carries a 3-year limited warranty and is priced to be replaced rather than repaired; the gloss lines carry 10 years on Glanz and 12 years on Defcon ONE. Terms are on the warranty page.

Volume does not change the rule: each roll and each vehicle is registered in e-Warranty within 7 days of invoice, which is how a fleet contract keeps its warranties auditable.

Fleet claims follow the published procedure on the warranty page: invoice, registration, vehicle details and photos.

Consumables In
The Same Order

Installation consumables ship with the film: DFA Surface Cleaner in 24-can cartons and Installation Gel in 16-litre drums sit in the same catalogue, so one order covers film, prep and slip solution.

Surface preparation is also a warranty condition: cover requires a clean, contaminant-free surface at installation, so running approved prep products protects both the job and the claim.
