Prepare vehicle-specific patterns in your own workshop, cut them on a plotter built for automotive film, and take control of the workflow from selecting the template to getting film ready for the vehicle. OEMC gives you original templates alongside DFA-enhanced patterns refined for Australian vehicle models, and one supplier covers film, software, hardware and support. Software
More than a standard template. OEMC gives you access to original OEMC templates alongside DFA-enhanced patterns, refined in-house for Australian vehicle models. The modified patterns are designed for a bulk-style fit, with particular attention to edge coverage, and you can choose between the original and the DFA-enhanced option to suit the way you install.
Search the vehicle, select the year, model and variant, locate the panel, inspect the pattern and send it to the plotter. Tell the team which vehicles you work on most and they can walk you through the patterns available for them. Subscriptions are listed ex. GST on the OEMC Pattern Software page.

Plotter
Built for film cutting and focused on what matters. The DFA Plotter is designed specifically for precision automotive film cutting, with the features PPF installers need and without extras that get in the way. Paired with OEMC software, it brings pattern preparation and cutting into your own workshop.

Reduce on-vehicle trimming. Starting with plotter-cut panels reduces the need for hand-cutting on paint, while final fitment and finishing stay in the installer's hands. How that fits with bulk and hybrid methods is covered in PPF kits or bulk rolls.

What is the difference between original OEMC templates and DFA-enhanced patterns?
Original templates come from the OEMC library. DFA-enhanced patterns are modified in-house for Australian vehicle models and designed for a bulk-style fit with particular attention to edge coverage. Subscribers can use either.
