COLOUR PPF SUPPLIER GOLD COAST
Spectra colour paint protection film for Gold Coast wrap and restyling shops.
Gold Coast wrap shops and restylers can buy Defcon Spectra colour PPF by the roll: more than 200 colours in gloss and satin, 18 m rolls on selected colours, and a 7-year limited warranty registered through e-Warranty. Spectra changes the colour and protects the paint in one film, which vinyl cannot do. This page covers how colour PPF is quoted, how it compares with vinyl, and freight to Gold Coast: the Gold Coast rate is shown at checkout, with Brisbane postcodes at about $26.01 by CouriersPlease on a 16-litre drum as a guide. A free sample roll lets a Gold Coast shop see the film under its own lights before ordering.
Colour Work
In Gold Coast
Colour and satin sell on the Gold Coast, where customers buy for cars people look at.
The Gold Coast buys protection for cars people look at: coastal sun, salt air and a customer who notices every swirl.
Spectra
By The Roll
Every Spectra colour family is available in gloss and satin, more than 200 colours in all, with 18 m rolls on selected colours. Underneath the colour sits PPF-grade film with a self-healing top coat and a 7-year limited warranty.
Prices are listed ex. GST in the online shop, no account needed. The colour PPF wholesale page covers the national range, and the wrap shop page covers how vinyl skills transfer to film.
Spectra
Against Vinyl
A vinyl wrap and a Spectra job look alike on handover day. The difference shows later: Spectra heals light scratches with heat and takes stone chips that would tear vinyl. The PPF vs vinyl wrap comparison sets out where each film fits.
Quoting A
Colour Change
Pricing a colour change in film is covered step by step in the restyling quote guide, including how to present it next to a vinyl quote. A free sample roll lets the customer settle the colour before the quote is final.
Colour and clear film are cut from the same OEMC pattern library on the DFA Plotter, so colour work does not need a second workflow. Salt air is hard on edges, so edge finish and sealed wrap lines are the habits that keep a coastal job inside the covered column.
Freight To
Gold Coast
Orders dispatch from Melbourne by CouriersPlease or TNT Road Express, and the rate for each Gold Coast postcode is shown at checkout before payment; Brisbane postcodes quote about $26.01 by CouriersPlease on a 16-litre drum as a guide. Orders over $1000 ex. GST ship free.
Both carriers show a delivery estimate at checkout once the postcode is in; CouriersPlease quotes 1 to 4 business days and TNT Road Express 1 to 3.
Salt air is hard on edges, so edge finish and sealed wrap lines are the install habits that keep a coastal job inside the covered column of the warranty guide.
Warranty That
Stays With The Car
Cover on Spectra is a 7-year limited warranty. Each roll is serialised, and the installer registers the job through e-Warranty within 7 days of invoice.
The record transfers to later owners while it is valid, so the colour change and the protection behind it stay documented when the car is sold.
Training
And Support
Questions about technique go to the same team that sells the film, in English or Chinese, and the 3-Day PPF Installation Training is run by the same team.
The Practice Pack gives new installers real film to train on before a customer car.
