Film walls get filled on price and emptied on regret. The questions that actually predict the relationship: who backs the warranty, how rolls are authenticated, where patterns come from, who trains your people, whether you can test first, and who answers the phone.

Warranty And
Authentication
Every roll is serialised and every installation registered through the e-Warranty system: registration within 7 days of invoice, cover on OEM paintwork by authorised installers, transferable to subsequent owners.
The cover itself is line-specific and public: 10 years on the gloss lines, 7 on colour, 3 on glass and fleet, lifetime on tint, terms on the warranty page.
Patterns, Training
And Testing
Patterns and hardware come from the same catalogue (OEMC software, DFA plotter), training and support from the same team, and testing costs nothing: the free sample roll exists so the film proves itself in your bay, not in a brochure.
Support runs in English and Chinese, through the contact page and WeChat.

Sample Rolls
Wholesale pricing sits behind the trade login, so your buy rates stay confidential. There are no public price lists to undercut the margin you charge your own customers.
Before committing to full rolls, request a free sample roll and run it through your own installation process, or order the Defcon Practice Pack to train on real film without touching customer stock.
Training &
Installer Support
PPF installation training and support come through the same team that supplies the film: training sessions, cutting software setup and tooling advice are part of the trade relationship, not a separate vendor.
New installers can start with the Starter Pack, practice on the Practice Pack, then move to full rolls once confident. Technical questions are answered through our contact page, in English or Chinese.
Consumables In
The Same Order
Installation consumables ship with the film: DFA Surface Cleaner in 24-can cartons and Installation Gel in 16-litre drums sit in the same catalogue, so one order covers film, prep and slip solution.
Surface preparation is also a warranty condition: cover requires a clean, contaminant-free surface at installation, so running approved prep products protects both the job and the claim.

How do I open a trade account?
Get in touch through our contact page and our team sets up your trade account, activating wholesale pricing on your login. Once approved, you order through the online shop and stock is dispatched Australia-wide. Your buy rates never appear on the public site or in front of your customers.

Can I test the film before ordering?
Yes. Request a free sample roll and run it through your own installation process, or order the Defcon Practice Pack to train on real film before touching customer stock.

How long does the film last?
Defcon ONE carries a 12-year warranty and Glanz a 10-year warranty covering yellowing, staining, bubbling, peeling and cracking, so the film you sell is warranted for close to the ownership life of most vehicles.

Does the warranty transfer if the vehicle is sold?
Yes. Defcon warranties transfer to subsequent vehicle owners while a valid e-Warranty record exists, which is a selling point your customers can pass on at resale.

Are precut kits available?
Yes, precut kits can be ordered through the online shop or authorised dealers. On complex curved panels we still recommend certified installation.

Do you offer support in Chinese?

What maintenance should end customers follow?
No special maintenance is needed beyond regular cleaning. The self-healing top coat handles minor wash marks with heat, and full care terms sit alongside the warranty conditions on the warranty page.

Will the film yellow over time?
Defcon ONE is backed by a 12-year warranty against yellowing, and abnormal or premature yellowing is treated as a manufacturing defect under warranty. Proper care maintains clarity through the film's lifespan.
