Six Film Lines
A switch means one new online shop for every line you take on, and one support contact for all of them.
A switch can be partial: many shops move gloss work to Glanz or Defcon ONE first and keep testing Frozen, Spectra, FleetArmour, Crystal Shield and CoolVue as jobs come up.
Warranty
By Film Line
Each film line carries its own limited warranty: 12 years on Defcon ONE, 10 years on Glanz and Frozen PPF, 7 years on Spectra colour PPF, 3 years on Crystal Shield and FleetArmour, and a lifetime limited warranty on CoolVue window tint, always under normal use and proper installation. After a switch, registration runs through e-Warranty within 7 days of invoice, on OEM paint by an authorised installer.

Training &
Installer Support
PPF installation training and support come through the same team that supplies the film: training sessions, cutting software setup and tooling advice are part of the trade relationship, not a separate vendor.
New installers can start with the Starter Pack, practice on the Practice Pack, then move to full rolls once confident. Technical questions are answered through our contact page, in English or Chinese.

For the comparison table, Defcon's gloss construction is aliphatic TPU at 190 microns ±10%, close to 10 kg single-point puncture resistance, 13-micron self-healing top coat.

Can I test the film before ordering?
Yes. Request a free sample roll and run it through your own installation process, or order the Defcon Practice Pack to train on real film before touching customer stock.

Do I need a trade account to order?
A switch starts with a trade account: apply through the contact page, then order from the online shop.

How deep a scratch will the film self-heal?
The self-healing clear coat is about 13 microns thick. Scratches contained in that layer repair with heat from sunlight or warm water. Anything that cuts through the clear coat is permanent, and that section should be replaced.

How long does the film last?
Defcon ONE carries a 12-year warranty and Glanz a 10-year warranty covering yellowing, staining, bubbling, peeling and cracking, so the film you sell is warranted for close to the ownership life of most vehicles.

Does the warranty transfer if the vehicle is sold?
Yes. Defcon warranties transfer to subsequent vehicle owners while a valid e-Warranty record exists, which is a selling point your customers can pass on at resale.

Will the film yellow over time?
Defcon ONE is backed by a 12-year warranty against yellowing, and abnormal or premature yellowing is treated as a manufacturing defect under warranty. Proper care maintains clarity through the film's lifespan.
