PPF SUPPLIER NEWCASTLE

Regional NSW supply without the regional wait.

Newcastle and Hunter shops order PPF from the same online shop as Sydney and see the same two carriers at checkout. On a 16-litre drum of Installation Gel to a Newcastle postcode the checkout quotes about $25.78 by CouriersPlease, and orders over $1000 ex. GST ship free. The Hunter runs on utes and 4WDs, from mine sites to the beaches, so this page covers FleetArmour for those panels alongside gloss film, CoolVue tint and in-house cutting. A free sample roll is the simplest way to test the film.

Regional Supply,
Same Carriers

Newcastle and Hunter shops order from the same online shop as Sydney and see the same two carriers at checkout. On a 16-litre drum of Installation Gel to a Newcastle postcode the checkout quotes about $25.78 by CouriersPlease and $27.06 by TNT Road Express, and orders over $1000 ex. GST ship free.

Transit is quoted at checkout, CouriersPlease at 1 to 4 business days and TNT Road Express at 1 to 3, with the exact figure for the postcode entered.

Utes, 4WDs
And Mine Vehicles

The Hunter runs on utes and 4WDs, from mine sites to the beaches. FleetArmour is the sacrificial line for tray sides, sills and leading edges, replaced when worn, with Glanz on bonnet faces the owner wants kept glossy. The 4WD page and panel guide set out the split.

Fleet operators can read the fleet protection film page for ordering at volume.

Window Tint
Under NSW Rules

NSW applies 35% VLT on front side windows and 20% behind the driver with a mirror on each side, measured through glass and film, and no minimum behind the driver on commercial vehicles. CoolVue comes in five grades; the VLT guide shows which grade passes on which glass. Tint shops ordering CoolVue by the roll can read the Newcastle window tint supplier page for grades, freight and the local rules.

Gloss, Satin And
Colour By The Roll

Rolls are 1.52 m x 15 m, listed ex. GST, no account needed. The gloss lines are aliphatic TPU at 190 microns ±10% with a 13-micron self-healing coat; ARPANSA recorded 99.0% of UV blocked on Glanz, reference UVR_25-0370-1. Frozen covers satin and Spectra colour in 200+ shades. Wrap shops quoting colour changes can read the Newcastle colour PPF supplier page.

Consumables ship with the film: DFA Surface Cleaner cartons and Installation Gel in 4-litre bottles or 16-litre drums.

Warranty And
Registration

A Hunter job is registered the same way as a Melbourne one: serialised roll, e-Warranty entry within 7 days of invoice, and the years per line published on the warranty page (12 on Defcon ONE, 10 on Glanz and Frozen, 7 on Spectra, 3 on Crystal Shield and FleetArmour, lifetime limited on CoolVue).

Cover applies under normal use and proper installation; the warranty guide lists installation-related faults.

Hard bore water in parts of the Hunter leaves residue under film. The water quality article covers what to check before mixing slip solution.

Cutting In-House
Instead Of Waiting On Kits

A regional shop that cuts its own patterns never waits on a precut kit. The DFA Plotter and OEMC pattern software ship like any order, with setup done remotely by the supply team.

Training and support come through the same team, in English and Chinese.

Test Before
Switching

A free sample roll lets a Newcastle shop test the film on its own panels before ordering rolls.

The PPF supplier Australia page covers the national range.
