PPF SUPPLIER BRISBANE

Film built for Queensland sun, supplied by the roll.

Brisbane installers sell protection against sun as much as against stones, so the film has to hold its clarity under strong UV. Defcon's gloss lines are aliphatic TPU, the construction that resists yellowing, and ARPANSA recorded 99.0% of UV blocked on Glanz clear film. This page covers that test, CoolVue window tint for Queensland heat and VLT rules, how 4WD and fleet work splits between FleetArmour and Glanz, and freight from Melbourne. Orders over $1000 ex. GST ship free, and a free sample roll is the place to start.

UV Is The
Queensland Question

Brisbane installers sell protection against sun as much as against stones. The film has to hold its clarity under UV loads the southern states rarely see, which is why base material matters: Defcon's gloss lines are aliphatic TPU, the construction that resists yellowing, rather than aromatic TPU or TPH.

ARPANSA tested Glanz clear TPU film and recorded 99.0% of UV blocked, reference UVR_25-0370-1. The ARPANSA article explains what that test covers and what it does not.

Window Tint For
Heat Rejection

CoolVue nano-ceramic tint rejects 99.5% to 99.9% of UV and 95.2% to 98.8% of infrared energy across its five grades, with total solar energy rejection from 55% to 75%. The light grade blocks almost as much heat as the dark one, which is the answer for a Brisbane customer who wants a legal front door.

Queensland follows the national pattern of 35% VLT on front side windows and 20% behind the driver, measured through glass and film. The VLT guide lists the grades that pass. Tint shops ordering CoolVue by the roll can read the Brisbane window tint supplier page for grades, freight and the local rules.

4WD And Fleet
Work Out Of Brisbane

Utes and 4WDs heading west or north take FleetArmour on tray sides, sills and leading edges, a sacrificial film replaced when worn, and Glanz on bonnet faces the owner wants kept glossy. The 4WD page sets out the panel split.

Freight From
Melbourne To Brisbane

Orders dispatch from Melbourne by CouriersPlease or TNT Road Express. On a 16-litre drum of Installation Gel to a Brisbane postcode the checkout quotes about $26.01 and $41.93 respectively; orders over $1000 ex. GST ship free, which covers most roll orders.

Transit is quoted at checkout, CouriersPlease at 1 to 4 business days and TNT Road Express at 1 to 3, with the exact figure for the postcode entered.

Warranty And
Registration

Every roll is serialised and every installation is registered through e-Warranty within 7 days of invoice. Warranty terms per film line are on the warranty page: 12 years on Defcon ONE, 10 on Glanz and Frozen, 7 on Spectra, 3 on Crystal Shield and FleetArmour, lifetime limited on CoolVue. Wrap shops quoting colour changes can read the Brisbane colour PPF supplier page.

Cover applies under normal use and proper installation; the warranty guide lists what counts as installation related.

Humidity makes surface prep and slip solution discipline more important, not less. The water quality article covers what to check.

Ordering And
Cutting In-House

Prices are listed ex. GST in the online shop, no account needed. The DFA Plotter and OEMC pattern software let a Brisbane shop cut patterns in-house, with setup done remotely by the supply team.

Training and support come through the same team, in English and Chinese.

Test Before
Switching

A free sample roll is the first step for a Brisbane shop comparing suppliers: lay it beside the current film on the same panel and judge tack, stretch and healing under a heat gun.

The PPF supplier Australia page covers the national range.
